To commemorate the annual “Apple Cup” football game between Washington State “Cougars” and University of Washington “Huskies”, alums in our Seattle office competed to raise money for Northwest Harvest, a statewide hunger relief agency. Team fans hosted a silent auction, luncheon, and a food drive.
In all, we raised $2425 and collected 5,320 ounces of peanut butter and 964 ounces of jelly!!!!
Cougar fans won the challenge but more importantly, the funds raised will feed a lot of Washington families. Go team!
